This workshop is targeted towards both beginner and intermediate level college teachers who want to learn about how to introduce technology into their pedagogy. We will showcase a number of free and no-experience required options for interacting with your students online.

Time Breakdown:
1:00-1:15 Introductions: Introductions of staff and participants, familiarity/experience with using web-based technology in our teaching.
1:15-1:30 Discussion of how think about using web-based technology our teaching.
1:30-2:00 Showcase of successful uses of web-based technology
2:00-2:45 Activity: The task for the activity is to come up with an assignment that hits the Student Learning Outcome (SLO), uses the digital pedagogy strategy, and incorporates a theme or element from the game. The game card shouldn’t be taken literally but is just meant to be a fun discussion starter.
